Fostering Teachers To Teach Communicative English
True English fluency is when you can speak with other English speakers without hesitation and you can always say something in English. Many of the English subject teachers can effectively teach reading and writing skill to students, but when it comes to teaching communicative English, they have to teach interactively using participative teaching skills in order to improve spoken English amongst the students.
Our trainer visits your school 5 - 6 times in a span of 6 - 8 months and trains on teaching communicative English to students. The training will be given to the school teachers chosen by school. The first half of the day teachers are trained and during the second half of the day, the Trainer shall take a class room demo from the teachers in their respective classes.
Our trainer shall impart training on customised stipulated lesson plans, which might be sufficient till his next visit to the school. Every lesson plan module will contain a classroom activity and a house activity, followed by daily assembly activity and other daily conservation activities will be taught to teachers.
Workbooks are also given, to strengthen the house activities and learning progression amongst the students.
We undertake periodical house activity assessments and audits to showcase the learning progression amongst students to the school management and also aid and support the school in parent and teacher engagement programs.
Vedic Mathematics is the name given to a supposedly ancient system of calculation which was "rediscovered" from the Vedas between 1911 and 1918 by Sri Bharati Krishna Tirthaji Maharaj (1884-1960). According to Tirthaji, all of Vedic mathematics is based on sixteen Sutras, or word-formulae.
There are six levels in abacus for each level two books are given to the student. While the students have to purchase the books, the school gets three periodical teacher trainings which are commonly 45 days - 60 days once. Every student will be given two books and abacus kit and the school gets master abacus kit.
There are three levels in Vedic maths and each student will get one book for each level. While the schools gets four teacher trainings.
The goal of our IIT Foundation course is to ensure that students are able to indulge in more than just their educational syllabi. It gives a fundamental understanding of subjects such as mathematics, physics and chemistry. It uplifts a student's thinking ability.
Setting goals for students is an important process. It helps to motivate students when there is something specific to aim for. It is also a good way to show the clear path to success. The school management should work with the teachers to develop a plan and mission for the students and that is where IIT Foundation will come into play.
IIT Foundation course is suitable for Class 6th, class 10th. Nowadays students start preparing for IIT JEE from class 6 onwards and they can also appear for other competitive exams like Olympiad, NTSE, KVPY etc.
IIT Foundation course is designed for class 6th to class 10th. While the students have to buy the books from us and the school gets 4 to 6 teacher trainings from us. The IIT Foundation course contains Mathematics and science for 6th and 7th grades and Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry for 8th, 9th and 10th grades.

iLearnastics offers five to six teacher trainings — our training resource person visits the engaged school for the whole day. Apart from training the teachers, the resource also gives On The Job Training (OJT) which means the resource gets into the class and also takes a demo from teachers. The resource gives trackers which helps in assessment of learning progression of students. We also aid the school in PTMs.
